I run the core on a NUC connected by ethernet through an unmanaged switch. I have intermittently been able to run ARC from outside the home, but now can’t get it to pass the test at all.

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

Hi @Marc_Klein,

For my convenience, do you have 2 modem/routers? The Synology Router Verizon 5G and a ASKEY gateway 5G?

Kind regards,

Maarten.

Roon core connection: wire to Tenda engine

someone else had an issue with a synology router.

He had to manually create the port forward rule (tick the option to auto create firewall rule)
Then move the firewall rule it created to the top of the list
