I’m unable to connect to Roon using my Moon 280d mind2.
Is it possible? and what I need to do to connect.

You may set it up to use Airplay or you will need to attach it to a Roon ready end point. While it is a networked device it has no way to communicate with Roon software. A RPi4 or a NUC or even an iFi zen stream will be needed to get you where you wish to be if you do not use Airplay.
