Unable to connect NAD C399 due to certification issue despite Roon Ready status (ref#WFHFOJ)

I cannot connect to my NAD C399, I get the message is it is NOT certified. But on the Roon website and NAD web site it says Roon Ready. I cannot proceed connecting to my NAD C 399.

Hi @Danny_Groeneveld,

BluOS has released several updates specific to the C399 chassis in the last several months. Have you verified this endpoint is on the latest firmware?

If you’re using a managed switch, hardwire the endpoint to the same router or access point as RoonServer, at least for troubleshooting.
