· Good afternoon today i switch from intel nuc to nucleus one but igota message thatrooncantfind the server have a router from the Polish company polsat plus and a switchfrom matrix ss1pro. What must i do?

Thank you for your post.

Diagnostics indicate that the Nucleus One is online and has an active RoonServer associated with your account, but the machine has no local library at this time.

Did you follow the migration steps in this guide when you switched to the new machine?

You’ll want to ensure that multicast forwarding is enabled in any managed network equipment (routers, smart switches). Also verify that you have a single subnetwork in this LAN.
