I'm trying to get my new Titan connected to Roon, Qobuz, play music through my integrated amp and airplay. Everything worked for 30 minutes then I became disconnected from the server. I've been unable to get this setup. When I purchased my Nucleus + I was able to speak to the dealership where I purchased it. They no longer carry Roon products. Is there phone support which would be most helpful especially since I purchased the Titan directly from Roon.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Unfortunately Roon does not offer phone support as it is not feasible with a 4 person team. However that does not mean we can’t help you here.
I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.
However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.
First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
