Unable to connect Nucleus to Bluesound Node21 and other zones (ref#D0FVC6)

· The System Output has the same problem as my other Zone.

· Both the device and RoonServer are connecting to a *single router*

· It happens every time I try to play any music whether through title or from my library

Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out. I’ve activated diagnostics mode for your account and what this does is send a log set to our servers for review. Looking over the logs, it looks like your zones are visible, but playback is failing, is this correct? I see that you were able to play a radio station successfully, but you are having issues with TIDAL streaming.

Can you please try to perform a full reboot of your network (unplug, wait 30s, plug back in)? Following the network please try to reboot the Nucleus (press power button once, wait 30s, press power button again to turn it back on). If this still does not help, please try to sign out and back into TIDAL in the Roon Settings → Services menu.
