Unable to connect Nugs account to Roon, error prompts to update account (ref#K1BPY5)

· Hello, I created an account on the Nugs website (with paid Roon, I can get 60 days of Nugs Hi-Res). Unfortunately, I can't connect, I get a message saying update your Nugs account. How can I update it? Regards.

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! Before anything else, our development team has requested a set of Roon Server logs for further inspection.

If you could, please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader? Once logs have been uploaded, please let us know so that we can check the server for your files, thanks!

A few follow-up troubleshooting steps for you:

Sometimes the nugs server doesn’t update your “status” to Roon until a fresh session is started.

  • On the nugs Website: Log out and log back in to ensure the subscription is "seen" by your browser.
  • In Roon: Go to Settings > Services. Click Edit and then Logout. Restart your Roon Server, then try logging back in through the Roon Services menu.
