Welcome to the Roon community. Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Our records indicate that you are running an outdated version of Roon. If you sign into Roon you should see a notification that a new release is available. Installing that update may help with the problem.
If doesn’t that doesn’t solve the issue then you are probably facing a port forwarding issue. There are 2 ways you could address this.
The first and easiest way would be to forget port forwarding entirely in use Tailscale to connect ARC to your server using these instructions.
If you would prefer to stick with port forwarding you will need to manually set the port forwarding rules on your router.This article will walk you through that process.
