Unable to Connect Rock Device After Moving It (ref#8CNC5V)

· I'm having trouble logging in

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

When i moved my Rock to another place,it not worked anymore. I use laptop as the remote contro.When login, I input the account and password, then the App show"logging in" ,long time but not connect.

Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. Log in issues like this are usually caused by the server being unable to reach necessary upstream serivices. Can you describe how your server is connected to your router including any network hardware like switches? Also are you using and firewalls or anti-virus?

Additionally can you use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
