Unable to connect ROON ARC

Hello,
UPnP is on and working on the Router. Shutdown Firewall does not help.
And Roon ARC is still not ready to connect.
Hhy?

I didn’t find any NAT-PMP there.
If I have to add manual port forwarding or port triggering so I do not know what to enter there. see the picture 2:
