Unable to connect Roon despite being plugged into Ethernet (ref#XDRG5O)

What machine are you using to host RoonServer (Nucleus, Windows, MacOS, ROCK, etc.)?

Is this RoonServer machine connected via ethernet to your main router or to a network switch?

Our diagnostics don’t indicate any active devices on your network, so I’d additionally verify that no network firewalls or antivirus software are entirely blocking Roon. Try signing out and back in of your Roon account in a browser.
