For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.
· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.
Describe the issue
My Roon server was working fine on my PC and iPhone with files on a Synology NAS. I purchased a Mac Neo laptop, downloaded the Roon app, and initially connected to the Roon library, but it would not play on my audio system. I restarted the laptop and now cannot connect to Roon on any device. On my PC I get the screen "Connect to your Roon Server: This PC (ready)" and CONNECT. The screen then times out with the Roon icon, but does not connect. I have restarted my modem, BluOS, and wi-fi mesh.
At one point, I got a screen "You Are Already signed in" and it displays "Your Devices: Ruston NAS with a grey "Unauthorize" which I did not select. I am stuck and would appreciate help. My subscription is current.

When I start Roon on my new Mac it gives me the option to connect to “This Mac” and another PC on my network but does not show the “RustonNAS” (path to the Synology”
When I select “Configure Roon OS devices” it stalls on “Searching for Roon OS Server”
