· Le routeur est une box SFR le Switch est un APL ans MR, le serveur Roon est un Rockna Wavedream NET , j’utilise un iPhone 11 et un iPad A17 version 18.7.8.
La connexion a fonctionné correctement depuis un an jusqu’à maintenant. Il y a 3 jours j’ai accepté de faire une mise à jour sur Roon et depuis impossible de trouver le serveur Rockna dans l’application Roon ?? Qui va pouvoir m’aider pour régler ce problème ?
Thanks for the updates. Since this worked for a year and then stopped right after the Roon update, we are treating this as a hardware compatibility issue and have escalated it to our hardware team.
Based on what we are seeing here, Rockna may not meet the new hardware requirements. We also recommend reaching out directly to Rockna so they are aware of the issue and can share any insight from their side.
I just sent them an email about this problem. I hope they find a solution quickly! In the meantime, I’m using my Apple Pro as a Roon server connected to the WD DAC with a USB cable. The sound quality isn’t the same! Thanks for your messages
· After the Roon update on April 29, 2026, the service stopped working on the Rockna Wavedream Net streamer. The update was performed normally through the Roon app for Android, and there were no power-off issues. I've done this many times before. Now I can't use Roon (an annual subscription). The streamer manufacturer says it's not their fault, but it's also impossible to revert to the previous version of Roon.
I contacted Rockna support and received an email saying the team is working on fixing the issue, but it won’t be easy (and, as I understand, it will take a long time). I sincerely hope the Rockna team fixes the problem, as the Rockna Wave Dream Net is a reference sound device for me. Until Roon is up and running, I can’t use Roon or qobaze.Meanwhile, the subscription is active and depleted every month, which I think is, at the very least, unfair to me on Roon’s part.
Owners of other streamer manufacturers may also be affected by this issue, so I don’t recommend updating Roon without the manufacturer’s approval.

As mentioned above, the Rockna team is aware of the problem and is looking for a solution. I really hope so, because without this streamer, I can’t use Roon + Qobuz.
Yes, I’ve also received a notification from them since then. In the meantime, use the free version of nconnect, tidal and the server function work, I don’t know about quobuz.
I also have an “mconnect lite”, but after about a month of use, it only played 30 seconds of a streamed track. Plus, using the DLNA protocol isn’t the best solution for sound quality. There’s no alternative to Rockna for streaming except Roon, so it’s crucial that it’s restored. If you only need to play local files from the Rockna SSD, then in my opinion, the best solution is MPD Server + M.A.L.P. as a remote control.
By the way, in the ROCKNA web console, at the bottom of the services list, there are links: “Utilities” and “Update.” If you follow the “Update” link, the latest update I had was v1.61, February 15, 2024 “System updates.” Unfortunately, there are no new updates yet.
The latest Roon update, incompatible with AVFC on many Roon servers, has blocked access for many of us. For my Roon account, Nicolae Jitariu, the founder, emailed me to say he was on the road to quickly find a solution. The same should be true for other affected brands. A few days… a few weeks!! In the meantime, MConnect or others…
For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

Roon core is running inside the Rockna Wavedream Net and as I said it stopped running after the latest software update. I’ve escalated this issue to Rockna as well.
