Unable to connect Sotm sms-200 and Ayre QB-9 DSD with Roon (ref#3JU0LX)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

What type of connection issue?

Describe the issue

I have a streamer, Sotm sms-200, and a Dac, Ayre QB-9 dsd. I cannot connect them. I know dta is comming into the streamer, and I know the Dac is working. We made it work with Spotify, but not Roon. Sp please send me illistrations of how to solv this problem.

Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. Do the endpoints you mention appear in Roon settings → audio at all? Can you provide a screenshot of that screen?

If they are not showing up in Roon’s audio settings then I would look at your firewall first. Make sure that Roon.exe, RoonServer.exe and RAATServer.exe are allowed through the firewall. If that isn’t the problem next make sure that the endpoints and your RoonServer are on the same subnet.
