Unable to connect, stuck on 'searching for Roon servers' (ref#3FVCDJ)

Is Roon Server running?

Now all I can get is “searching for Roon server” with a magnifying glass moving around. I have unplugged the core, it is on, connected, I changed the Ethernet cable port with another one that is working with something else.

Can you see the Nucleus connected from within your router’s connected devices list?

Hey @Dean_Patriquin,

In addition to the questions asked above, it may be helpful to confirm all your Roon devices are functioning on the same subnet within your local network.

If you’re able to access your router settings, you should have a device list that will show you each IP for each device. Let us know your findings! :+1:
