Unable to Connect to ARC using Eero Network (ref#4VBTV4)

· I use my ISP's router alongside a personal router.

ARC Status

· ARC is *Not Ready*

Roon Error Code

Have you successfully located and enabled the UPnP or NAT-PMP settings in your router's web UI?

· I've turned UPnP/ NAT-PMP on and ARC won't connect

I use Eero, can't connect to ARC... tried everything keep gettin this: {

Welcome to the forum! Using the Eero app, have you been able to set up a manual port forwarding rule?

Having two routers performing DHCP duties can cause issues with setting up proper port forwarding. I would suggest putting your ISP router into bridge mode and leaving just the Eero to perform the routing.
