I have gone ahead and enabled diagnostics mode for your account and what this action will do is next time your Roon Server is active, a set of logs will automatically be generated and uploaded to our servers for analysis.

Could you kindly confirm whether the issue still persists?

Additionally, please provide the following details about your setup to help us investigate further:

  • How your Core and AURALiC streamer are connected (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, same router or different access points)
  • The exact model of your Deco system and how it’s configured (router + mesh, access point mode, etc.)
  • Any network switches, extenders, or firewalls in use
  • If possible, the timestamp of when the connection issue last occurred (with your local time zone)

This information will help us narrow down the cause and assist you more effectively.
