Sorry to hear you’re having issues getting your BluOS device up and running properly. To best assist you, we’ll need more information and details highlighting your local network setup, and how your Roon Server as well as your BlueOS device is connected to your router.

With that, here is a basic step-by-step on getting a blueOS device properly connected via Roon:

After connecting and powering on the blueOS device:

  1. Enable the Device in Roon:
  • Open Roon on your device and go to Settings.
  • Navigate to the Audio tab.
  • You should see your BluOS device listed under the Roon Ready section. Click Enable next to your device.
  1. Configure the Device:
  • After enabling, click on the Gear icon next to your BluOS device to access the settings.
  • Here, you can name your device and adjust any additional settings according to your preferences.
  1. Select the Device for Playback:
  • Go to the Zones menu in Roon.
  • Select your BluOS device from the list to start playing music through it.
