Description of Issue

I use a MAC and have over the past several years normally connected to my streamer (which then connects to my DAC) over my home network. In the last month or so, I have been having problems connecting. The unit is on, has a green light, but the Roon application is unable to detect the Bristol PDP.

Thank you for your patience while we worked through the queue. We recommend avoiding using wifi with Roon and the endpoints that you wish to use with it. Can you try using an ethernet connection for both the Roon server and Bryston? You can see our networking best practices here.
