Unable to connect to new Nucleus

I just purchased new nucleus and connected it to my gigabit switch and downloaded Roon Remote app in iPhone and also on hardwired desktop PC and on widows laptop ( both windows 10 pro) tried from all three devices and can not get past “find my core” window . It keeps searching and nothing shows up . I have rebooted Nucleus several times and tried connecting it to my Netgear 10GB switch and Cisco small business 48 port unmanaged gigabit switch to no avail . Everything connected to those devices has been working perfectly . Also turned off firewall on PC and laptop . I see one of the two LEDs on the Ethernet port blinking green . This has been going on for two hrs now and to no avail.
