Describe the issue

We are not able to connect to the Nucleus player with attached usb storage after changing our router to eero. It is hardwired through a passive switch and shows up as ip# 192.168.4.49 after a power cycle (DHCP).

Describe your network setup

We are unable to connect to our Nucleus (serial # 48210B25D3BF) and attached usb storage after switching to an eero mesh router and passive switching. All other DHCP gear on the network grabbed an ip and is working. When we click on "configure Roon OS devices" it comes up with the correct serial # and an ip address in the proper range (192.168.4.49). Clicking on the ip number in this screen spins forever and does not connect. We have tried 4 different platforms with the same results (android, ios, windows, macos). We currently have a temp server on the Mac itself, and are having trouble removing it in favor of the Roon Nucleus that will hopefully.soon work. Thanks for your help!

Hi @Charlotte_Raible ,

Thanks for reaching out. I am looking over your account and I see that the Nucleus was last seen on a 192.168.1.X range. Can you try to connect it directly to the router to see if that triggers any change in behavior? If you have a USB keyboard and monitor to attach the Nucleus to, you can try to perform a network reset command:
