Unable to connect to Nucleus after password change (ref#1WR29N)

Tell us what's going on

· I was urged to change my password, which I did on my Roon account page. Now I can’t connect to my Nucleus via the Roon app.

It instructed me to place my IP address (140.248.44.0) into any web browser but it is a dead link and won’t take me where your instructions say it will.

Thank you for your post.

Entering the IP address into a browser allows you to access the Nucleus web administration page, where you can verify your server is online. If you’re not able to access this page from a MacOS and iOS device, try navigating to Settings → Privacy & Security and enabling local network access.

According to our own diagnostic servers, your Nucleus is currently (or was recently) online and connected to the internet.
