Describe the issue
Ever since the last power outage three weeks ago (which rarely happens) I have been unable to connect Nucleus+. I rebooted the modem and router, unplugged all connections to the Nucleus, waited sometimes overnight, and plugged back in and nothing works. It simply will not connect even though it is on and the ethernet light is flashing. None of the remotes connect either. Any advice from somebody who has had this problem and got it resolved would be greatly appreciated.
