Thanks for your message. I am looking over your account but I do not see your Nucleus as being online at all recently, do you still see the Nucleus power button glow when you turn it on, does it look like it is booting? If this is a hardware issue, then the below form would be better to fill out, as it would put you in touch with the RMA team directly:
