Unable to connect to Nucleus+ for a long time despite multiple attempts (ref#IL816W)

Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

Have you verified that Roon Server is on the same subnet as your Remotes?

· My Remotes and Server are on the same subnet and I still can't connect

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

· I've reinstalled the Roon Remote but it did not help

What is the operating system of your Roon Server host machine?

Welcome to the forum. I’m looking over your account diagnostic and I see that the Nucleus showed up around the time of your post, though it didn’t register with a valid IPv4 address. Have you tried to use a different Ethernet cable for the connection? Are your Roon apps connecting to the same router, or is there an additional router in use in the location?

Thanks for your reply, actually I have been using Nucleus+ for long time with current connection without any problem but maybe the machine come out the problem when I am loading and I have been received the message as attached file and please help to teach me how to correct it !!

Thanks for sharing! We’re having issues connecting to the Nucleus from our servers, could you please use the directions found here and send over a set of Roon Server logs to our File Uploader?

Based on your screenshot, there could be issues related to your current database. Do you have a saved backup or a few of them?
