Our diagnostic servers show the Nucleus is online as of this writing. This indicates that the unit has a functioning network interface, which fortunately precludes most hardware problems that would require an RMA.

Is the Nucleus Web Admin page accessible from a browser on your network?

If not, can you please share a little about your network topology? Where is the Nucleus connected relative to your main router and your other Roon Remotes?
