Hi @mgipp77,

Thank you for your post.

We’ve pulled diagnostics for your RoonServer and can see the login failure event. Qobuz’s API first returned a 401 unauthorized error on 4/14 - this error is hard-coded to occur when the API can’t match the username/password combination to the account ID stored in the Qobuz servers outside Roon.

There are other login attempts on the same day, after the failure, that use a different password. Those login events are successful and sync with Qobuz.

RoonServer logs obscure the actual password used, so we can’t fully verify the actual password that triggered a successful login/sync. However, it’s worth taking the following steps:

  • If you use any third-party firewalls, verify that RoonServer is exempt.
  • Double-check your Qobuz credentials once more for due diligence. Login directly via a web browser to the Qobuz account page while you are testing with Roon on the same machine.
  • Reboot your RoonServer machine to generate a new session. Login to Roon, then attempt to log into Qobuz.

We’ll watch for your response. Thanks!
