Describe the issue

I can't connect to my qobuz account. it gives network error. I can't use the 2 roon accounts I have.

Describe your network setup

I keep changing equipment as I demo it in our installations. What I'm using it always worked until recently at the point of making roon useless. So I stopped demo your services as become quite unreliable.

I removed your screenshot as it showed your email address and this is a public forum.

Post overlap, I added it back, but with the email address redacted.

Hey @geral,

Thanks for writing in! Since it sounds like you may be a dealer, I wanted to also let you know we have a dedicated support channel for dealers only - dealersupport@roonlabs.com

That said, I’ve also hidden your thread here so it remains private as well. From your account info, I see you’re still running multiple versions of Roon, Roon 2.0 (current) and Roon 1.8 which is a legacy version.

Is there any specific reason you have both versions? I’d recommend only using Roon 2.0.

How is the machine running Roon Server connected to your router? If you can, please setup a direct ethernet connection, and try logging in again.

Thank you! :+1:
