Roon is running on my Synology NAS. NAS is running on LAN to Archer AX6000 router

Support will be along shortly to assist with your issue, but your post has been flagged for Mods by another user because it includes your email address. The Forum is scanned all the time (like all Forums) by bot software that harvests email addresses for spammers. In this case it is a picture of your email address, rather than text, so it may not be as readily harvested. It also means we can’t edit the email address out, which we usually do. You may like to replace the screenshot with a different one obscuring your email address.

Hi @turromeconnor,

My first step in troubleshooting would be to reboot the router (and any other network equipment in the chain) wait a couple of mins or so for it to complete booting, and then reboot the NAS.
