Unable to connect to Qobuz through Roon (ref#EUAY0Q)

I can't get Qobuz to connect through Roon - my account is fine and it worked previously.

Describe your network setup

I have Roon installed on a QNAP TS-473 over a Google Nest network. I have multiple devices including a WIIM streamer and a Moon 280D. I interface with Roon over an iPad and and iPhone. Everything is updated with the latest firmware, OS etc.

Welcome to the Roon community! I’m sorry a problem is what brought you here for the first time. Lets try clearing your cache to see if it helps. You can follow the below steps

  • Exit out of Roon and ensure the RoonServer process is stopped
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs

Let us know if you see any improvement after trying this.

Thanks for letting us know that you’re still having Qobuz problems. We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?

If that doesn’t work can you try connecting the computer running Roon directly to your router via ethernet?

I went digging into this. And while I was poking around the network settings, I found an IP conflict. I reset the addressing to dynamic, and the problem is solved. ROON is working much better now.
