· About two weeks ago, i went to an Roon update, after this i could not connect to Roon anymore. My setup is far from perfect because for now i am running it on a qnap TS453A. When there is some more free time and money i want a separate Roon server. For the time being i like to use it on my qnap. I had tried to manualy stop and start the server, rebooted the complete nas etc. it wont work, there was also no cpu activity when i started the Roon server. Then i dicided to remove the server app from the nas and reinstall. From the app center qnap there is a roon server installation what does not work. When installed it before, i thought i downloaded it directly from the Roon site en then it just worked. Now i see some difficult work orounds on the internet...i hope you have an easy working update for me. Thanks in advance

Now i see first time i downloaded the Roon setup file from the qnap website. Now first i have tried to download the container station as described in the help topic, but it wont download. Also i have tried to download the Roon setup file and install, also not working, i have an print screen, but dont now how to share it here with you
IDK why you even have to install Container Station, it was already installed by default on my NAS. As the message says, check the system logs for more. Check that you run the latest OS (QTS or QuTS hero) on your NAS. Contact QNAP customer support if you can’t get it installed - both, your NAS and Container Station, are QNAP products.
Sorry for my late reply on you, and thx for your input; was verry bussy with work. So far i can see, i run the latest firmware on my qnap ts453a; 4.3.3.0361. Container station is not installed by default on my nas
