Describe the issue

This problem just started this weekend. Cannot connect to Roon Nucleus. Power light is on, but Roon software does not see the Nucleus. Hardwired ethernet connections and system has been up and running for over a year. Reloaded Roon Remote software but still can't connect. Also, USB out of Nucleus connected to iFi DAC and the DAC is not seeing normal USB connection (light is normally green, and now is amber)

Hello @Jeffrey_Wilson ,

Thanks for your message and sorry to hear about the difficulties. If you try to connect your Nucleus via HDMI to a tv or monitor and turn it on, what do you see, if anything? If you can share a screenshot of what you see, that would be helpful in diagnosing the issue.

Well, after letting the nucleus sit for a few days, I turned it on today to check the HDMI output like you suggested, and low and behold its working just fine. I’ll take it, but very disconcerting. Thanks for responding though.

Thanks for letting us know its working again. We’ll be here if the problem happens again.
