Describe the issue

We have had this Roon Nucleus + for over a year and now we can’t connect. I even brought a monitor and keyboard to
Try to see what was going on and can’t get anything to connect. I’ve reset it and reset the network and used new cables but can’t get it to show up at all.

Hey @Charlie_Colwell,

Thanks for writing in!

If you’re not seeing anything via the monitor when the Nucleus is powered on and connected to your Network, you might be suffering from a hardware-related issue.

That said, we do see that your Nucleus was online and active with our servers around an hour or so ago.

Can you please share a screenshot of what you see via your monitor?

Thank you! :raised_hands:
