Unable to connect to Roon Nucleus (ref#4SKMXY)

Is Roon Server running?

· Yes, Roon Server is turned on and running.

What happens if you press the "Select a different Roon Server" button?

· I don't see Roon Server.

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

I tried all of the tips mentioned before and all day yesterday I could not connect to my Roon Nucleus, is there a software update that is coming to fix this new bug? Thanks

Just to clarify here, you have tried to perform a full reboot on the Nucleus as well (press power button once, wait for it to turn off, unplug 30s, plug back in, power on)? I activated diagnostics for your account, but I am not seeing the Nucleus show up in diagnostics. Are you still able to properly access the Nucleus Web UI? If so, can you share a screenshot of what you see listed there?

Yes, i just reset it as you instructed and it still shows Looking for your Roon and pinwheels? Please advise, not sure what UI is? Im in the Roon App, its white

The Web UI that @noris asked about is dashboard for your Roon server. It shows information and errors if anything is broken. It looks like this.
