Did you migrate your RoonServer to a different machine? We can see the Synology, but there’s an additional RoonServer instance currently active that is associated with your account.
If you’re migrating for troubleshooting, then is the issue persisting on the new setup?
If it wasn’t your intention to launch RoonServer on a second device, then you’ll need to exit RoonServer as a background process, locate the second database in a folder called “RoonServer,” and delete it on this second machine.
Yes, I did migrate my Roonserver to this Macbook when I could not find the Synology. The problem is persistent: I still can not find the Synology when searching “find Roon OS”. What do you recommend me to do?
Thanks for your response!

But that’s to be expected. Roon OS is the operating system used in the Nucleus and ROCK/NUC systems - Synology have their own operating system - and it is not Roon OS.
I understand that. The exact phrase is “find ROON OS server”, and I have a Roon server on the Synology NAS. But Roon can not find that server after the latest Roon update.
You aren’t running Roon OS (this is a standalone operating system), you’re running Roon Server on a NAS. Therefore, do not use this link; it’s for Nucleus and NUC running Roon OS only.
