Unable to connect to Roon Server after upgrading ROCK and software (ref#DIBBYC)

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

After upgrading to the newest ROCK and Roon software, I can not connect to the server. It searches for it. The Roon software allows me to "configure" the ROCK, but does not find it.

Thanks for reaching out. I am looking over your account diagnostics and it looks like the ROCK is currently active and has a local IP of 192.168.1.225. I was able to successfully activate diagnostics mode for it and I do see some networking errors, but otherwise things appear to be fairly normal in the logging, and I’m not seeing any signs of SSD issues. Have there been any network changes since it was working? Are there two routers in your setup? Are the Roon apps by any chance using a VPN when the issue occurs?
