Unable to connect to Roon server on Mac after logging in (ref#UWRO88)

Where are you trying to login?

· I can't log into Roon

· No

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

· When attempting to log in, when I press "select" login does not progress to Home Screen. Just stays on blinking black Roon icon. Thursday, March 26, 2026 q6 2:34 p.m.

Describe the issue

After logging to Roon with my user id and password, I am unable to connect with the Roon server installed on my Mac. After entering my login info, I click connect and am unable to make it past Roon icon in center of my screen. Will not progress beyond this stage.

Describe your network setup

Xfinity is ISP. Router is Xfinity Gateway. Server used to work on my Imac. Stopped allowing me to connect to server approximately one month ago.

Can you please take a Logs folder from RoonServer and Roon folders located in ~/Users/user_name/Library and upload them to our Logs Uploader so we could review the logs and analyze them ?
