Thank you for reaching out.
It looks like your Roon Server is running on a Nucleus, but we aren’t receiving any diagnostics from it, which usually means the device may not be booting correctly or is unable to join the network.
To help us understand what’s happening, could you please:
Connect your Nucleus to a TV or monitor via HDMI
Turn the device on and take a photo of whatever appears on the screen (BIOS, error message, or blank screen).
Please share that photo here — it will give us the clues we need to guide you further.
We haven’t seen a response here yet. Are you able to access the Nucleus Web Admin page? Please share a screenshot if so.
Otherwise, you’ll need to connect the HDMI output of the unit to a monitor to check hardware diagnostics as suggested above. Let us know if there are any errors listed.
We’ve been attempting to request automatic logs from your RoonServer machine, but it hasn’t pinged our servers since you first posted here.
We’ll be most equipped to help if we have a set of RoonServer logs in addition to the HDMI output on a monitor and the WebUI (please see the posts above).
You can use these instructions to find your RoonServer logs and upload a compressed (.zip) set to our secure log uploader here.
We’ll specifically need the RoonServer logs.

For clarity, those steps are:
Check the Nucleus web administration interface to see if RoonServer is online and to look for errors.
If you’re unable to access the interface, instead connect the HDMI output of the machine to a monitor and check for errors listed.
