Thank you for your post. We’ve activated diagnostics for your RoonServer machine but they’ve so far failed to reach our servers.

I’d first verify that RoonServer is on the same subnetwork as your other Roon endpoints and controllers. If you use manage switches in your network topology, try bypassing them to make sure multicast announcements aren’t being restricted.

Additionally, verify that RoonServer has been added as an exception to the Windows Defender firewall, if you have a Windows RoonServer machine.

Please let us know if this helps. Once diagnostics reports reach our servers from your machine, we should have a more precise sense of what’s wrong. Please turn on RoonServer at your convenience to allow these reports to automatically upload. Thanks!
