Unable to connect to Roon server. Status (mostly) shows 'Not responding'

Description of Issue

Working fine until recently. Now Roon server shows status as ‘Not responding’ (occasionally cycles ‘Started’, ‘Error’ etc.). Not visible to clients (occasionally main client shows core device and ‘Connection Failed’ message)

11 days and no acknowledgment.

This is a commercial product that has a very high annual subscription - some level of support should be expected.

In the end, I’ve re-installed the software on the server. It now works but I’ve lost a bunch of settings, history of course.

Unimpressed and will probably not re-new

If you have a backup from previously restoring it should re-instate your settings and history etc.
