“Unable to connect to Roon Titan” usually points to a network or RoonOS-level issue, so the first thing we need to pin down is where the connection is failing.
Before we go further, could you tell us:
- What are you using to connect to the Titan, a Roon Remote on Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android?
- Is the Titan connected to your router by Ethernet, and are there any switches, mesh nodes, or VLANs in between?
- What exactly happens when you try to connect, do you see the Titan at all, or does it fail after showing up?
- Has anything changed recently on the network or with the Titan itself?
If you can also share a screenshot of the error or what you see in the Roon Remote, that would help us narrow it down.
Once we know a bit more about the path between the Titan and your remote, we can point you to the right next step.

Wanted to follow up on this. Were you able to check how you’re connecting to Titan, whether it’s from Roon Remote on Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android, and confirm if Titan is on Ethernet with any switches, mesh nodes, or VLANs in between? It would also help to know whether the Titan shows up at all in Roon Remote, or if the connection fails only after it appears, and whether anything changed recently on the network or on the Titan itself. If you can share a screenshot of the error or what you see in Roon Remote, we can narrow it down faster.
