Unable to connect to Roon via Nucleus but works on Mac mini (ref#6IQFG4)

Is Roon Server running?

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

I am unable to connect to Roon via my nucleus. I can connect via my Apple Mac mini. When I launch Roon on my computer I see both as options. When I connect to the nucleus all I see is the half circle with the wavy lines.

I tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing has worked.

Have you tested access to the webUI of your Nuclues yet? Here’s more info on how to do that:

This will help pin down if the issue is Nucleus related, or network related.

If you’re not able to access the webUI, can you hook up a monitor via HDMI to the Nucleus, and share a screenshot of what you see?
