Thanks for writing in! We’ll need a bit more information to help assist you, though.

Is your Nucleus connected via ethernet directly to your primary router?

Can you confirm all your Roon devices are functioning within the same local subnet within your local network?

Can you confirm your router is seeing and connecting to your Nucleus? You can typically review a ‘devices list’ from your router settings to confirm this.

If you reboot all your devices as well as your router, are you able to establish a connection?
