Unable to connect to RoonServer from any Control device

@support
My Roon setup has worked satisfactorily for years. I am now unable to connect to the Core from any of my Control devices.
Roon Core: Mac Mini late 2012 2.5 GHz i5, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
MacOS 10.13.6
Roon Server: unknown version number, as I can’t connect to Control devices
Core is directly connected to Weiss DAC202 by FireWire

Control:
iPad Pro iOS 11.4.1 Roon version unknown - can not connect to the Core
IPhone 7+ iOS 11.4.1 Roon version unknown - can not connect to the Core
15" MacBook Pro late 2016 2.6 GHz i7, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
MacOS 10.13.6 Roon 1.5 build 339

Network: Core and all Control devices are all connected to the same wifi router

Music Files: 880 GB on external USB hard drive (ALAC and AIFF), Tidal streaming

Thanks for reaching out, @Sunrise!

So we can better assist you, please verify the following:

  • Since noticing this behavior have you tried rebooting your Core machine and networking hardware?
  • What networking hardware is in use?
  • If you connect the Core machine via Ethernet is there any change in behavior?

Thanks,
Dylan

Hi Dylan, The MacMini was connected to the internet successfully as was the iOS devices. I had rebooted the Core.
Rebooting the router solved the problem thanks
