Hey @robert_allen2, this sounds like the Server is up on the SonicTransporter, but the Remotes are not discovering it on the network.

Since your eero setup changed only in the sense that connectivity failed without an obvious configuration change, I’d like to focus on the network path first. Please check two things:

- Can you open the SonicTransporter’s RoonOS web interface and confirm whether Roon Server is shown as running there? The [RoonOS WebUI](https://help.roonlabs.com/portal/en/kb/articles/roonos-web-ui) is the fastest way to verify the server’s status on the box itself.
- Please confirm whether the SonicTransporter and your Remotes are still on the same subnet, using [How do I know my devices are on the same subnet/IP range?](https://help.roonlabs.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-do-i-know-my-devices-are-on-the-same-subnet-ip-range)

If the WebUI shows Roon Server running but the Remotes still only say “Waiting for your Roon Server,” please let us know whether the SonicTransporter is wired directly to the eero or passing through any switch. Thanks.
