What’s happening?

Describe the issue

I am attempting to set my new PC as the sole Roon server, and am not presented with an option to "deauthorize" the old server on my previous machine. I am being asked to pay for an additional server.

Describe your network setup

I am attempting to set up my new PC as the sole Roon server, but am not being presented with an option to deauthorize the previous server/machine.

Please post a screenshot of what you are seeing

The option to de-authorize the old server comes after the login attempt when the system detects that the login identity (and associated subscription) is already in use on a different Roon Server.

Hey @Anthony_Carpinelli,

Thanks for writing in and sharing your report! Welcome to the community as well!

@Wade_Oram is correct in the above statement, upon setting up your new Roon Server, you’ll be prompted to deauthorize your other server instance.

Let me know if this is not the case and if you run into any other issues along the way!
