Unable to download Roon software on Mac Mini (ref#JRLLN4)

Describe the issue

I created a Roon account on my iMac but did not download the software because I want to run it on the Mac mini music server system. When I log Inyo my account on the Mac mini the software download is not available.

Bell gigabyte modem/router.
