I'm trying to get the free 12 month trial dowloaded to my iMac I've successfully entered my latest credit card (Chase Visa) info. I'm not getting anywhere with the download. I am interested in buying Nucleus too.

First, just to clarify — Roon does not currently offer a 12-month free trial. If you saw this mentioned somewhere, it may have been outdated information or a misunderstanding. The correct download link for all Roon apps has already been shared above by @Carl.
Since your download isn’t progressing, it sounds like the issue may be something different than the trial itself.

What exactly happens when you try to download Roon to your iMac? Does the download not start at all, does it stop midway, or does the installer fail to open?
