If the Windows 11 installer will not download, we need to narrow down whether this is being blocked by the browser, Windows itself, or the network path to the download.
Before we go further, could you let us know:
- Which browser you are using when you try to download Roon
- What happens exactly, for example, does the download not start, fail partway through, or report an error
- Whether you are on a work, school, or home network
- Whether you are downloading from the main Roon download page or another link
If you can also tell us whether other downloads work normally on that same PC, that would help us separate a browser issue from a broader network or Windows setting.
Once we have that, we can point you to the right next step.
