Unable to Enable 3rd Party DAC - Error Message

I’m new to Roon. I have a MacBook Pro and am trying to enable my DAC device. It shows up under this Mac. However, when I press enable I receive an error message " Failed: RAAT_Server_Status_Network Error. How do I enable my device?

Hi @Leo_Senn,

What kind of DAC are you trying to use?

If you disable any firewall or antivirus on the MacBook is there any change?

Not sure what was happening… I was backing up Apple Music to the cloud at the same time. Regardless, all is great now!!! Thanks for reaching out. Cased closed.
